What to include
To help us help you faster, please include:
- A clear subject line. "Correction: bergamot safety article" beats "Hi."
- The URL of the page you're writing about, if applicable.
- Your name — we'll address you by it in our reply.
- Whether you need a response by a specific date (for press and review requests).
What we handle quickly
- Editorial corrections and safety flags. If something on the site is wrong or unsafe, tell us. We publish corrections openly at the bottom of any article we update.
- Reader questions about oils, blends, dilution math, or safety. We can't give medical advice, but we can point you at the right article.
- Accessibility issues on the site — broken screen-reader flows, low contrast, keyboard traps.
What we don't handle
- MLM consultant outreach. We don't cover MLM brands favorably as a rule, and no commission structure will change that. Please don't pitch us.
- Sponsored posts, link inserts, or "guest posts." Every article is written by our team and we don't sell links or placements — at any price.
- Medical advice. We're educators, not healthcare providers. For anything medical, please speak to a qualified practitioner.

Our response promise
If your email falls within the scope above and you don't hear from us in five business days, it probably got caught by spam. Resend it with a simpler subject line (avoid the words "urgent", "amazing", or any all-caps) — that usually clears it up.
